Why we exist
Medicine with more care, and more thought.
Most people have never had their health explored in significant depth. Care is often experienced as isolated blood tests, short appointments, single-problem treatment, and attention only once something has already gone wrong.
Many health risks develop silently. Understanding them earlier usually creates more options, not fewer. So we look at the whole picture, we think carefully about what matters for you specifically, and we build care that considers how you feel, how you perform, how you look and how you age.
We are a collaborative practice at the Centre of Advanced Medicine in Waverley, Johannesburg, combining advanced personalised medicine, prevention, functional medicine, hormonal and metabolic care, gut and microbiome medicine, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, hair regeneration, advanced diagnostics, cancer early detection and specialist endocrinology.

Dr Arnav Kapur leads our advanced medicine offering at the intersection of longevity, functional and aesthetic medicine. His broader work in preventative health, multi-cancer early detection, regenerative medicine, hair regeneration and advanced diagnostics informs the way he thinks, while remaining distinct from the personal care provided here.
Dr Sindeep Bhana brings specialist physician and endocrinology depth across complex diabetes, thyroid, pituitary and adrenal disease. That decades-long clinical grounding raises the standard behind every recommendation we make.
